Get Recruited are currently working with a market leading organisation who operate within the accounting and financial services industry.

Due to entering an exciting period of growth, they are now seeking a Business Development Executive to join their sales team.

As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting new clients before arranging appointments for the Sales Director to close.

If you have worked as a Telesales Executive, New Business Executive, Business Development Executive or Account Manager within the accounting and finance, banking, financial services or insurance industry and are seeking the chance to progress your career, then send your CV in for immediate consideration!

THE ROLE:

• As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for calling leads and introducing the range of services that the business offers


• Articulate the value proposition and influence the decision makers


• Handling and overcoming objections before arranging an appointment for the Sales Directors out in the field


• Update the database to ensure that all customer details are accurate and entered onto the CRM


• Completing administrative work as required


• Working towards set targets and KPI's

THE PERSON:

• At least 1 years' experience as a telesales executive, business development, new business, telemarketing role is essential


• Experience within the accounting and finance, financial services, banking, or insurance industry is essential


• Stable career with a proven track record of achieving targets


• Target oriented with the ability to work towards deadlines and handle pressure


• IT literate with knowledge of using CRM systems
