Residential Conveyancer

Are you a Residential Conveyancer looking to make a move to a new role in Grantham? We are working with a firm who have offices across the East Midlands who have a fantastic local and international presence!

Joining the Residential Conveyancing team, you would be tasked with a full caseload covering sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, transfers of equity, buy to let and lease extensions to name a few.

The firm are looking for someone who can hit the ground running dealing with a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload but are open in terms of qualification.

Whether you are a Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or a Fee Earner qualified through experience I would urge you to apply.
