On behalf of our client, a well known Swiss Company, we are currently looking for an experienced German and English speaking IT Portfolio Manager for a role based at our client's site in Bern - Switzerland.

Role:

• You understand the needs of the stakeholders and can derive the necessary capacities based on the corresponding roadmaps and coordinate them in resource management


• You are responsible for the further development of resource management and support the project portfolio management in its strategic decisions with your information


• You actively support the management of the current IT budget and the management of IT with regard to financial and human resources


• With your activities, you support the “Annual Budgeting and Planning” process and are jointly responsible for IT project portfolio management at our Client's.


• You prepare the resource requirements by means of a dashboard, reports, etc., which serve as a basis for decision-making for management and the supporting bodies, in particular the Portfolio Advisory Board.


• Help with the further development of the resource and portfolio planning tool in the role of product owner.

Your Profile:

• University graduate with ambitions to develop in portfolio management and strategic planning


• You have knowledge or a strong interest in project portfolio / demand and resource management


• 6 years plus in a similar role


• Understand the relationships between business / finance and IT with a strong, proactive and result-oriented attitude


• Analytical and networked thinking skills, quick comprehension and initiative as a team player, solution-oriented and assertive


• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and the visualization of information


• Fluent in German and a good level English.
