Sales Valuer - Oldham

Our clients, a well-known and successful Estate Agency in the Oldham area, are seeking a Valuer for their Sales Division.

The position will require a driven individual with experience in the role of Sales Valuer.

Sales Valuer tasks include:

• Attending Valuations


• Measuring and photographing


• Providing accurate valuation figures


• Selling the companies services


• Gaining Instructions to market

To be considered for the role of Sales Valuer, you will need to be confident, provide excellent customer service and have the ability to close for business

In return our clients offer a fantastic basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with on target earnings of £40,000

Monday - Friday with weekend rota.

Own car required with petrol expenses paid.
