Maintenance Surveyor

A housing group based in Devizes are looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their team.

This is a temporary vacancy which is ongoing.

The main purpose of the role is to provide technical surveying across a geographical portfolio of properties and contract management for a defined planned maintenance programme across the Wiltshire region.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;
, Planned maintenance delivery through external contractors
, Minor works
, Refurbishment works
, Planned, repairs & void surveying
, Health and Safety work such as fire safety programmes

Candidates must be enthusiastic, good communicators and flexible with experience of building surveying, asset management, and contract management.

The client are looking for the following qualifications:

, Relevant academic and/or professional qualification in Construction or Surveying.
, Experience of surveying and contract management in the social housing sector.
, Experience of monitoring works budgets c.

£500k
