Substance Misuse Nurse

Service Care Solutions are looking for a Substance Misuse Nurse to support a community drug and alcohol service based in Milton Keynes.

Working hours - Mon - Fri, 9:00 - 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Pay rate - £26 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Length of contract - initially 3 months

About the role
- To be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical care for service users with substance misuse issues.


- To support BBV testing and vaccination strategy, delivering accessible testing, vaccination and support to those most at risk.

Person Specification
- Registered nurse with the NMC with at least two years' post registration experience.
- A minimum of one years' experience of working within substance misuse treatment.
