Personal Injury Paralegal/Claims Assistant

Are you a Personal Injury Paralegal on the lookout for your next role in Yorkshire? We are working with a start-up law firm who are looking to expand their claimant personal injury team with new talent.

Joining the firm as a Claims Assistant, you would be providing support to the Fee Earners on their claimant personal injury files.

You would be handling initial enquiries, setting up and closing cases, updating the case management system and updating customers largely via the telephone.

Alongside this work you would also be photocopying, scanning, and managing the administrative side of things.

The firm are looking for someone who has come from a claimant personal injury background who has a good knowledge of this area of law.

It would be desirable if you were used to working in a fast paced office environment, and have had experience dealing with customers over the telephone.

In terms of qualifications the firm are open so whether you have your law degree or not it would still be worth applying- you must have at least 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
