Occupational Therapist - Local Authority

A North London Based Local Authority is looking for an Occupational Therapist across a range of teams in Adults Social Services including:

  • First Response

  • Hospital and Reablement

  • Assessment and Adaptation Service

As the Occupational Therapist, you will be supporting your team to deliver a high-quality service, in order to improve the outcomes of residents.

This role is full-time and permanent position.

Ideally, you will have experience of working with completing therapy assessments and interventions.

You will need to be committed and have the drive to match the ambitions to the Local Authority.

Your responsibilities as the Occupational Therapist:

  • Key member of the access and independent service

  • Support your team managers to deliver a high-quality service

  • Provide Occupational Therapy assistants and students

  • Act in Line with the values

Requirements of you as the Occupational Therapist:

  • A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification

  • A valid registration with Social Work England

  • Experience in completing therapy assessments and interventions

  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: North London

Salary: up to £42,000
