The Role
They have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Rural Surveyor to take a lead role within their Rural Estate Management department based in Cambridge, with tremendous scope to develop the role and for career progression.
The position involves the provision of traditional Estate Management advice and related Professional Consultancy Services for private clients, together with Asset Management on behalf of Corporate and Institutional clients.
The candidate will report directly to clients, as well as to the relevant client directors, and have responsibility for all relevant management matters, to include areas such as lease renewals, rent reviews, financial management, planning and development.
The candidate must be self-motivated, goal driven individual able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines, be able to work in a clear and logical fashion, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
They must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and with an interest in developing new business
The candidate must be:
* MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor, preferably with at least three years post qualification experience in the Rural sector with comprehensive technical knowledge.
* Full, clean UK driving licence is required.
