Project Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions

Our client is a software powerhouse in Alpharetta who focuses on building innovative workforce solutions for companies around the globe.

They are looking for a Project Manager who will be working through a Mergers and Acquisitions initiative.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Managing the Security integration project lifecycle for a recently completed M+A from project definition/scope through implementation


• Developing, enhancing, and supporting project plan through strong milestone delivery and risk management


• Identifying, coordinating, and managing resources and key stakeholders for project, across M+A program, Security domains, partner organizations (Technology, Legal, 3rd Parties, and Business Unit leadership)


• Managing all communication plans, training and documentation


• Delivering projects on time, at/under budget and within scope


• Communicating project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

• 5-10 years of prior experience in project management is required


• Mergers and Acquisitions experience is required


• Experience with integration projects/programs


• Working in a cybersecurity or information security environment is a plus


• Change management experience is a plus


• Experience in leading process improvement and/or change initiatives


• Soft skills needed: self-starter attitude, solutions-focused mindset, outstanding levels of communication (both oral and written)


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience


• Position requires you to have solid interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, project planning skills, ability to use good judgment, leadership skills, excellent decision-making skills, analysis and problem-solving skills
