ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) you'll be looking after the Social, Psychological and Physical health needs of residents, delivering an outstanding quality of nursing care.

You will be working in a safe and supportive environment for both staff and residents, and may also need to critical clinical decisions as you will be given the freedom and support to work autonomously.

Requirements
, Current NMC registration
, Nursing Qualification (RMN/RGN)
, A good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices
, Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
, An understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
