Exciting new opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join an innovative, growing UK organisation.


This role will be 100% home based.


In this role you will have the opportunity to help shape processes and procedures and deliver exceptional customer experience.

You will be part of a growing team where your contribution will really help move the organisation forward.


Key experience sought:



  • Background in Customer Experience, quality of service and satisfaction

  • Strategic thinker with awareness of new and emerging practises & technologies relevant to the company

  • Strong Client relationship, networking, influencing and leadership skills.

    Ability to forge great relationships externally and internally.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Able to understand business objectives and align customer experience accordingly


Key responsibilities:



  • Create, manage, maintain & document customer experience processes to define successful customer outcomes

  • Work with project team and client to ensure smooth customer on-boarding process

  • Maintain customer relationships and identify new opportunities

  • Be an SME on customer experience and be able to help plan, strategise and execute on delivering great customer experience
