A fantastic and highly rewarding role in a residential children's home, supporting young people from difficult backgrounds.

This is a really important job and one that could make a real difference to the lives of the children in care.

Duties including providing pastoral care and support, building relationships with the young people, helping them around the house and encouraging them to take more responsibility for themselves.

This can also include managing challenging behaviour and supporting the rest of the staff team to maintain a safe, happy and fun environment in the home.
