Experienced Administrator required for a permanent contract in Chipping Warden.

The role of an Administrator will require you to be highly organised, be able to multitask and comfortable interacting with other departments, on the telephone or via email.

You will need to have a proven track record of organised administrative experience and enjoy learning new systems.

Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel are key for this role, along with accuracy.


  • Handling general enquiries in a timely manner

  • Providing exceptional customer service internally

  • Communicating to all levels in the business

  • Supporting team members within an administrative capacity

  • Working to time sensitive deadlines

  • Maintaining fleet information through bespoke database

  • Running daily reports and circulating them internally

  • Assisting with other tasks as may be reasonably requested


  • Must hold a full UK drivers' licence

  • Previous Fleet experience is desirable

  • Previous experience within an administration role is essential

  • Computer literate and knowledge of Outlook, Excel is essential

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to follow set procedures

  • Happy to learn new systems and processes

  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Comfortable multitasking

  • Adaptable to the changing needs of the business


4 days on - 4 days off on a rolling basis

Salary: £12 per hour / 08:00 - 17:00 £21,216 annual
