Tool Maker 

Our client a well established manufacturer in Norfolk is looking for an experienced Tool Maker. 

Our client is offering the successful Tool Maker 

- £20,000 - £30,000 DOE
- 8 hour shift Monday - Friday
- On-site Parking  
- Weekend and overtime available 

What our client expects:

Experienced Injection Mould Toolmaker with relevant qualifications and familiarity with multi cavity injection mould tools, an understanding of hot runner systems preferable.
Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative, with at least 2 years’ experience working with injection tooling.

The Role:

Working with our senior toolmaker, you will be responsible for repairing, modifying and maintaining predominantly multi cavity injection mould tools and blow mould tools.
Maintenance and upkeep of all tooling using various methods of repair including the use of; manual Lathes, Milling machines, Surface and cylindrical grinders, CNC Spark Erosion and Bench tools.
Providing support and Input to new designs and modifications, and where required building and modifying prototype tooling.
You will provide engineering support to setting, maintenance and production, assist with breakdown production repairs and prioritise maintaining production output from tooling to meet the needs of our customers.
