Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator, up to £25K a year, 39 hrs a week, permanent position, Global manufacturing company, flexible starts and finishes times, generous holiday package, private medical insurance, company bonus.



Location or the Sales Administrator position: Bradford



A new opportunity has opened up at the company as it continues to grow even in light of the global pandemic, we find ourselves in.



The Sales Administrator opportunity is working for a multinational manufacturing company that are market leaders in the sector.

This role would be to assist with the Sales team, to ensure the smooth running of the sales process.

Which would include keeping close communication with the client to inform them of production, collection and hand dates and times.



The ideal candidate will have strong ICT administrative and skills: As you will have to keep accurate records and send and respond to emails on a daily basis.

Excellent telephone manner is also crucial and the ability to develop long term relationships with clients is key.



Duties of the Sales Administrator Role:



  • Answering the phones and dealing with customer enquires

  • Processing sales orders taken via email, phone or via the company website

  • Liaising with different departments

  • Compiling quotes for customer when required

  • Liaising with suppliers and keeping customer updated with progress
