Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing legal secretary who is keen to work within a top tier firm in Solihull.

Their growing property team have found the market to be extremely busy over the past few months and are now searching for a Residential Property legal secretary with 12+ months experience to hit the ground running and assist the team.



The daily duties of the successful Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary may include:



  • Opening and closing files

  • Diary and meeting management

  • Audio typing

  • Drafting legal correspondence

  • Proficient use of the Land Registry portal

  • Conducting Property searches

  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, referrers and estate agents

  • General administration such as photocopying, filing, faxing and scanning



If successful, you should be able to work efficiently as part of your new team and prioritise your busy workload.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary to expand on their previous experience and utilise their skills set.
