Our client, a well known Consultancy Company in Switzerland, is currently looking for a fluent English and German speaking Personal Assistant / Team Assistant, for their role based in Bern.


The Role:


A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to OUR Client's employees.



  • You support several employees in all administrative and organizational matters (complex scheduling, organization as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings, travel organization and coordination).

  • You create presentations, statistics, support in preparing offers and in monitoring cost budgets.

  • You will help in business development, preparing offers and supporting internal projects.

  • You are the point of contact when your superiors are present or absent - both internally and externally.

  • You organize and coordinate fully internal and external events.

  • You monitor planned activities and promote the exchange of information through the appropriate channels.

  • You continuously develop your technical know-how and your soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training.

  • You work in an inspiring, international team and receive regular feedback from colleagues and superiors.



Skills and Experience



  • You have had basic commercial training

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as an assistant in a dynamic environment.

  • You have excellent user skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and, advantageously, in Lotus Notes and Outlook.

  • Fluent in German and English.

  • You are extremely service-oriented, committed and have good communication skills and enjoy working independently, team-oriented and proactive.

  • You are flexible and, thanks to your experience in a similar position, the daily hustle and bustle does not upset you.

  • Good relationships with colleagues and customers are important to you.
