Deputy Manager - Supported Living

My client is looking for a skilled and motivational Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager of a supported living service covering Stoke, Dudley and Wolverhampton.

For this role, you will be offered a fantastic salary of £20,600 (£10.72 per hour) on a primarily Monday to Friday basis but could involve shift work and weekends if the service requires.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager who has experience managing Support Workers, strong experience in supported living, performance management of staff and can bring motivation and enthusiasm to the service.

The Deputy Manager will be offered

To be considered as Service Manager, you must have

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care


• Ambition to complete the QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management


• Experience working with learning disabilities and supported living


• Experience supervising or managing staff
