Trade Mark Administrator

We have been instructed by our client on an impressive opportunity for a Trade Mark Administrator.

This heavyweight law firm operate on a global stage, are at the cutting edge of the legal industry and currently has capacity in their Belfast team to welcome you.

Due to their progressive integration of technology this role can be done remotely, therefore we would like to hear from talented UK based Trade Mark Administrators who are considering a new challenge.


The IP arm of this multidisciplined firm is substantial, offering an outstanding, international full IP service.

This vital support role requires you to already have relevant experience in the trade mark administration field and you will be ready to build on this and in doing so will be given the opportunity to thrive in an open, accepting environment.


You will put your outstanding organisational skills to good use, working with stellar international clients and iconic brands.

Broad responsibilities involve; assisting in managing portfolio databases, reviewing, processing and filing communications from trade mark offices, docketing and monitoring deadlines and coordinating meetings.

Continuing with the IP life cycle you with be involved in handling renewals and assisting with invoicing.


As well as your solid grounding in trade mark administration, it's essential that you possess excellent interpersonal skills and paramount that you enjoy the culture and recognise the advantages of being part of an agile team.

You will work closely with colleagues at all levels of the business as well as prominent clients, therefore, it's pivotal that you are a concise and confident communicator across all platforms.
