Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister - Coventry

My clients, an independent Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister for their thriving branch in Coventry.

This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a growing company and successful team.

This position also includes valuing properties.

Therefore you must have experience as a Valuer.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Greeting buyers and vendors


• Registering customers


• Matching requirements & arranging viewings


• Calling out new properties


• Valuation generation


• Negotiating offers


• Accompanied Viewings


• Sales progressing


• Valuing properties

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 2 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator, Lister or Valuer


• Hard working attitude


• Ambitious


• Good customer service skills


• Full UK driving licence

Working Hours:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 8:45am - 12:30pm.

Salary package:

In return, our client can offer a basic salary of £20,000 plus on target earnings of £40,000.
