Support Worker - Supported Living

I'm currently looking for support workers on a permanent full-time basis to work in a 5 bed supported living service for adults with autism aged between the ages of 18-30 based in Willington, Bedford.

You will be providing care for up to 5 adults and help make a real difference to their lives.

My client is a well-established national charity that supports and cares for vulnerable children and adults throughout the UK.

What's on offer:

• Fantastic pay rate of £9.28


• Weekend and bank holiday pay of £10.28


• Fantastic shift patterns Mon-Fri with alternate weekend working


• No night shifts


• 37.5 hours


• 33 days annual leave

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

• Experience within an adult social care role preferably with autism


• Genuine passion and desire to help others.


• Resilience and dedication to your work


• Full driving license is desirable.
