Internal Sales Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Coordinator to work for a well-established business operating in a niche market.

As the Internal Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and servicing the needs of key customers, building solid business relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.

You will be joining a friendly existing customer service team who operate in a busy, demanding, and fast paced department.

Job Description:

  • As the Internal Sales Administrator you will answer incoming calls from Key Customers in relation to new enquiries, updates, and product information

  • You will respond to emails, handle any complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring the CRM system is updated at all times

  • As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and managing a number of key business accounts

  • As the Internal Sales Administrator you will be responsible for taking detailed information on customer requirements, putting together pricing information, progress chasing, processing orders, organising deliveries ensuring all documents are complete

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of a grade C and above at A Levels

  • A degree would be ideal however this is not essential

  • Experience in business to business customer service is essential

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Ability to work under pressure as you are managing multiple deadlines

  • Excellent attention to detail

This would suit candidates that have experience in customer service, administration, sales administration, internal sales, account management.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:15am - 4:30pm

Salary: £22,000 per annum
