Senior Negotiator / Valuer

Location: Bournemouth / Poole
Salary: £40k OTE

The ideal candidate will come from a strong estate agency background and have experience of conducting market appraisals and viewings.

You must be a highly driven and ambitious individual with a genuine passion for the industry.

You will need to be a self-motivated team player and possess excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline and have a proven track record in sales and the ability to generate new business.

The role comes with a competitive basic salary (DOE) and a generous bonus structure.

Key duties will include:

• Assist in maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.


• Learn the role of valuing properties to assist with the Director


• To meet personal targets set and agreed with the Director.


• To carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner.


• Diary management


• Local knowledge of surrounding areas would be preferred.
