Well run with an established team, this is a great opportunity to join a practice on a 6 - 12 month basis for up to 5 days per week.

The practice has a large team offering a wide range of services and a flexible working schedule.

With regular meetings to ensure everyone is aware of the practice priorities, the team has developed new and innovative ways of working to meet the requirements of the current climate.

They operate out of a purpose built practice so everything is set up to deliver the best service for patients and the best working environment for staff.

The successful candidate will be able to offer a full Nurse GP Service, including but not limited to:

- Smears.

- Child Immunisations.

- Diabetic Reviews.

- Asthma Reviews.

- COPD Reviews.

For safety, most reviews will be telephone consultations.

The practice is offering a competitive wage, and a Band 4 or 5 Practice Nurse can expect to earn up £39,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
