Initially working from home.


As the Managed Service IT Consultant you will be working within one of the best known and admired brands in the world - utilising your strong technical knowledge for business practices in Customer Service business and business application knowledge.

You will help to provide managed support to service managers throughout Europe operations and work on system support and new project along with process improvement tasks.


Managed Service IT Consultant - skills & experience:


Essential -



  • Understanding of Customer experience Management platform.

  • Extensive experience with one or more Customer Service experience management platform (e.g.

    Sprinklr, Sales Force, zendesk, Khoros or equivalent.)

  • Understanding of social media platforms and experience in social media management software.


Advantage -



  • Operation / Design / Implementation experience in Enterprise software company or Social media management.

  • Experience in contact centre telephony and network operation industry.


Managed Service IT Consultant - salary & benefits



  • Basic annual salary depending upon experience
