Account Manager required for top performing training company.


The Role


As Account Manager / Relationship Manager you will join this successful training company, based in the field supporting employers with the successful delivery of their apprenticeship programme.

Client focused and proactive, your responsibilities will include:



  • supporting employers with management of Apprenticeship Service

  • delivering training / information / guidance to employer managers & stakeholders

  • supporting apprentice recruitment activity / campaigns

  • ensuring client's needs are met through high quality training / excellent customer service

  • optimising client engagement across all areas of business, products & services

The Person


As Account Manager you will already have experience of promoting apprenticeships to businesses.

With sound knowledge of the Apprenticeship environment and proven sales & business development experience you will also be able to:



  • foster excellent employer relationships

  • develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels

  • work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
