Capital Markets Senior Project Manager (London or Paris)

We are seeking a Capital Markets Senior Project Manager to work on a contract basis to drive a number of projects based around mergers, acquisitions, Integration activities, monitoring and reporting.
The role requires close co-ordination with sales teams, business units and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress against key milestones.

The role covers the full lifecycle, from analysis and business planning, requirements through the design, implementation, support and handover of the project.


Proven track record and experience of managing complex programmes in a matrix environment and successfully coordinating resources
Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to inform business decisions to achieve shared objectives
Strong analytical/problem solving mindset with the ability to transform concepts in to clearly defined frameworks, plans and designs
IT confident with excellent spreadsheet, and financial modelling skills as well as Powerpoint/strategic deck presentation skills

Daily duties / accountabilities

Plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage whilst maintaining a strategic view
Produce detailed plans, schedules, operation budgets and reports on activities related to the project(s)
Schedule and prepare monthly BU review meetings (incl.

KPIs, Revenues, Cost, preparation of TOMs) to instil operational rigor and focus on targets
Work closely with sales management team and heads of business unites to create and execute defined sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and ensure alignment and prioritization of key initiatives
Support London CEO & Head of Global Sales as Executive Sponsor of relevant M&A workstreams and lead sub-streams to deliver against targets and key deliverables
Assist with post acquisition assessment to identify synergies and value enhancements to be delivered to meet company targets
Prepare relevant financial & business information for Board presentations and deliver ad-hoc reviews as required in collaboration with Group Legal, Finance, Regulation, Compliance and HR functions
Collaborate closely with sales teams, business units and all relevant group functions to ensure smooth integration and strategy rollout
