Exciting opportunity for an IT Business Analyst to join a rapidly expanding MSP who deliver cutting-edge IT services (networks, cloud, connectivity) into both mid-market & enterprise scale businesses.


You will be key in the delivery of business critical programmes, ensuring they are successfully completed in alignment with the businesses pre-defined digital transformation roadmap.

There will be an initial focus on defining and delivering requirements on one of their core operational systems.

A snapshot of responsibilities:



  • Engage positively with stakeholders and users across the business, fostering cooperative, supportive relationships

  • Utilise the full breadth of your consulting and analysis skills, to identify and understand problems, challenges and opportunities for improvement

  • Develop business and technical requirements into clear business cases that support development, sign off and procurement of solutions

  • Liase with other areas within the business to provide guidance and subject matter expertise in order to validate business requirements and needs

  • Provide fact-based analysis when necessary to support problem definition

  • Work with the IT teams to produce functional and technical specifications

  • Provide research and evaluation of new product enhancements/ideas to existing solutions

  • Be accountable for documentation and sign off of requirements and business processes

  • Produce and maintain other project documentation in line with the company's existing process (progress reports, GAP and impact analysis, change controls etc.)

What Our Client Are Looking for From You:



  • A track record of achievement as a Business Analyst within an IT Services industry or Technology related environment.

  • A proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and time constrained environment.

  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of IT Service management systems (ZenDesk, ServiceNow, SMAX etc.)

  • Knowledge and understanding of ITIL methods and Agile/scrum.

  • First class written and oral communications skills, exceptional organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.



This role is 100% Remote.


Paying up to £70,000 per annum pro-rata 6month FTC.
