Telecoms Scrum Master

A Scrum Master who has a background in Telco domain with good prior experience of working in networks/ IT/ systems integration within Mobile Network Operator client environment so as to be able to support in setting up of the Agile squads.

  • Should have good prior experience of working in networks/ IT/ systems integration within MNO client environment so as to be able to support in setting up of the Agile squads.

Client would like to interview the candidate so we need to put some strong and self-starter people on the ground.


Expected Skills / Roles &Responsibilities 's -


1.Get a JIRA & Confluence space created for the squad.
2.Ensure the squad members have required permissions - Admin/Internal Issue manager access to JIRA & Confluence.
3.Facilitate Key Agile Ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Refinement.
4.Do capacity Planning for each sprint.
5.Co-ordinate with Product Owner, compile backlog and align to the Overall Project goals.
6.Conflict management.
7.Agile Coaching to the squad.
8.Identify/Address areas for improvement and action items for future sprints.
9.Act as an administrator of the scrum board.

Ensure that cards are up to date and the scrum tool, Jira software or otherwise, is working well.
10.Regular analysis of burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools to understand what gets built and at what cadence.
11.Aid the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements.
