Manager of Channel EMEA


Our Inside Channel Account Management team {ICAM} has become a key part of our success story at Zebra, due to continued growth we are looking for a new Channel Inside Sales Manager to manage a team of 10/15 successful AM's along with a larger matrixed team.

You will be responsible for nurturing and developing the team, helping them to achieve personal and team goals, you will also direct all sales and pipeline growing activities including planning and implementing forecasts, staffing, training of the sales force, establishing short and long-term goals in line with corporate objectives.

You are a mentor at heart and enjoy building and enabling successful teams through a clear vision, structure and strategy.


  • Establishing and continuingly improve inside sales function and it’s sales processes.
  • Proactively identifying new strategies to drive sales efficiencies and revenue growth.
  • Further, develop the Channel inside sales plan to meet agreed goals and objectives.
  • Direct the team to deliver strong indirect revenue growth in the assigned regions.
  • Drive all sales and pipeline growing activities.

    Create a partner-led pipeline.
  • Monitor sales team performance and discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Build a close, collaborative working relationship with other internal functions including Sales Operations, Regional Controllers, Field/ Channel Marketing and Regional Channel Sales Leaders.
  • Increase the adoption and shape the future of cloud and SaaS technologies across your territory by identifying and developing new business opportunities by collaborating with partners to scale and accelerate customer success.

The skills and competencies we need from you include:


  • Proven experience managing an Internal / Inside Sales team within Technology (cloud, hardware, and/or software).
  • Mature leadership, communication and teamwork skills;
  • An entrepreneurial mentality that excites and inspires peak performance from others.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to present, write and converse effectively with multiple audiences of varying levels of sophistication;
  • Strong presence and personality resulting in the ability to build trust and respect quickly.
  • Encourages critical thought (e.g., initiatives are taken after a thorough analysis of all impacts);
  • Strategic thinker who is hands-on, not overbearing, with coaching style of leadership.
