Band 3 Admin Oxford

Calling all NHS Admins in the Oxford Area, are you looking for a new challenge, in the oxford area? Our client in the NHS are looking for Band 3 Admins to come help out in a mental health Setting.

Hours: 37.5 Per Week
Pay: £9.23- £10 per hour PAYE.
location: Neil Unit, Warneford Hospital, Headington, Oxford OX3 7JX

, To provide support with the compilation of reports, typing letters and correspondence when required and to be responsible for uploading patient information onto Carenotes and any other appropriate system in a timely manner.
, Answering the telephone, taking messages and processing enquiries.
, To use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook as required.

, To assist with the supervision, coaching and training of Junior Administrators in the team.
, To assist with reception duties for Out Patients departments when required.
, Checking that stationary supplies are adequately stocked and ordering when necessary.

, Contacting the Estates Department to carry out repairs, checking work has been undertaken to satisfaction.

, Keeping notice boards tidy and up to date and adding anything of interest or importance to staff.

, Managing the process of any charitable funds donations.

, Recording accidents and near misses on the Ulysses system.
, Keeping the Trust policies, procedures and fire book up to date
, Analytical and judgement skills
, Accurate attention to detail
, Excellent Keyboard skills
, Excellent telephone and communication skills.
, Ability to work under pressure.
, Ability to prioritise own work load and work towards deadlines.
, Proven ability to work as a member of a team

, GCSE A-C or equivalent in English and Mathematics
, Good level of general education
, Word processing experience
, Good understanding of the General Data Protection Act
, Minimum of 1 year working in an office / educational environment

, High levels of emotional resilience
, Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner
, Enthusiasm and motivation
