Quality Assurance Manager - Local Authority

A North London Based Local Authority are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the implementation and delivery of the Quality Assurance Framework's thorough and agreed.

This role is full-time, and permanent position.

Ideally, you will have experience of working with Quality Assurance frameworks.

You will need to be committed and have the drive to match the ambitions of the Local Authority.

Your responsibilities as the Quality Assurance Manager:

  • Lead in audit activity and analysis of audit data

  • Work with the Children's Academy

  • Prepare both quantitative and qualitative reports

  • Improve practice through delivery of the Quality Assurance Framework

Requirements of you as the Quality Assurance Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

  • A valid registration with Social Work England

  • Substantial knowledge of the legislation and statutory responsibilities that underpin Children's Social Care

  • Experience of working within Quality Assurance Framework

  • Experience of working within a Senior/Managerial position

  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: North London

Salary: up to £58,000
