Business Development Assistant

Hours are flexible, around 15 hours per week would be ideal.

The role will be based at our office in Leamington Spa, but can be flexible with occasional working from home benefits.

About the Role:

The business development assistant will report into the business development manager and will identify and confirm the data of new prospects, undertake admin roles such as writing letters, emails and creatively thinking of new eye catching marketing campaigns.  

You will be responsible for:

  • Your main goal will be to source and verify new data for the sales team to follow up
  • 80% of your time will be spent on the phone doing the above
  • To create / write personalised letter, postcards and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all marketing materials are posted, at appropriate times
  • The inputting and upkeep of data into our CRM System
  • Using social media platforms to engage prospects
  • Representing the company by telephone or written communications and occasionally person
  • Keeping accurate records of KPIs
  • Covering other team members whilst they take annual leave
  • Working closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication

You will benefit from:

  • Basic pay of FTE £18,000 to £23,000p/a, depending on experience (pro rata for part time) 
  • Generous performance related bonuses 
  • Mainly office based but working from home if required
