Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an innovative company that is a market leader in the telecommunications sector as a Software Support Engineer.

You will join the existing team working in a friendly modern office environment in Milton Keynes.

Software Support Engineer Job summary:

You will be working within the technical team working with customers and partners to resolve technical issues.

You will be involved in developing and running test plans.

The majority on this role will be based in Milton Keynes, however you may also have the opportunity to undertake travel nationally and internationally.

You will be involved in working with the Research and Development team to test new products, as well as writing quality assurance test applications.

Software Support Engineer Essential Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related subject

  • Experience with either Python, Java, C# or Bash

  • Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software

  • Strong knowledge of Linux system administration

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of SIP

  • QA testing experience
