Purchase Ledger Clerk

Our client is a specialist supplier to the construction industry who are well-established and incredibly successful at what they do.

They have a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small, friendly team on a temporary basis for at least a couple of weeks, but with the potential of being extended.


Job Description:


Duties for the Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:



  • Processing purchase invoices

  • Dealing with goods received notes

  • Preparing payment runs

  • Balance reconciliation

  • Payment run reconciliation


Candidate requirements for the Purchase Ledger Clerk role:



  • Previous purchase ledger experience is essential

  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with high volume of invoices

  • Ideally experience using Kerridge although this is not essential

  • Available immediately


Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (but flexible so can-do school hours or start at 9.30am)


Salary: £10.00 per hour
