Home Manager

Nursing Home Managers of Staffordshire, are you looking for a new challenge and a true environment to put your career experience to the test? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of what it takes to build long lasting relationships with Local Authorities and CQC? Are you a natural leader with a background in best compliance and audit practices?

Our client has an opportunity available for an ambitious and proven individual who wants to help drive the home forward and back into ‘Good' rating.

The home really is a one of a kind and they want a manager who can bring harmony to the current staff there and help the day-to-day staff work towards a common goal.

Although someone with a clinical background would certainly be a helping hand, this is by no means essential and above all a track record of implementing Quality Assurance, Care Plans, Audit Practices and Compliance will set you apart from the competition.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years of Home Manager experience in a large Nursing Home.

  • Handling homes with 80+ residents

  • Solid foundations in building relationships with Local Authorities

  • Proven experience managing CQC Ratings inside a home and taking the rating of a home from RI to Good.

  • Comfortable marketing experience when selling the home in the best light and filling beds.

This is a pure leadership role and you will have full support from the onsite admin staff.
