Digital Marketing Manager

Joining the team as Digital Marketing Manager on a 6-month temporary basis means working with a market leader in the manufacture of chemical products to help develop, manage and implement a digital marketing strategy.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be required to manage the strategy for two sub-brands in order to expand Koura's social media presence across existing platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube whilst expanding presence on new social media platforms.

Responsibilities of the successful Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Ongoing maintenance and content creation for the two brand sites

  • Creating, refining and implementing a keyword and SEO strategy

  • Collecting customer data and analysis of customer experience (cx), utilising information to create comprehensive reports and improve future strategies and campaigns

  • Monitoring of competitors activity for benchmarking and planning purposes

  • Creation and distribution of engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog/thought leadership content, or social media messages

  • Assists as needed with all functions related to global Branding Communications including, but not limited to: owned and earned media, internal and external communications, creation and maintenance of the website, creative direction and branding strategy, public relations, special events, promotional items, corporate branding partnerships, trade show displays, sales team collateral, industry research related to target audiences

This role will predominantly be home-based, however when in the office the employee will be based at the company's site at Thornton Science Park.

Ideally applicants for the Digital Marketing Manager position will have a minimum of 3 years in-depth experience in a Digital Marketing Manager role.

This individual must have experience with Content Management Systems, SEO & Website Design.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics paired with the ability to engage with company stakeholders at multiple levels.

Working as a temporary Digital Marketing Manager alongside salary the candidate will also have 25 days holiday (plus statutory holidays).
