Accreditation Coordinator

Are you an Accreditation Coordinator or know someone who is? To become a member of a small team managing the process for the pre-accreditation of companies and individuals to access site portfolio control system.

On a 1 year contract.

Daily rate DOE.

Based in Altrincham, Manchester.


MAIN FUNCTIONS
- The role will manage the process of assessing new applicant's accreditation or re-accreditation, enabling them to use our access request system and managing the data and records of existing users
- The team also manages the issuing and temporary loan of keys and access cards and providing access to vetting services for certain staff required to access higher security locations
- Investigation of near miss events for accredited companies
- Management of data within the Access Request Portal
- Flexibility is required to enable the team to operationally cover working hours from 0800 to 1730 Monday to Friday
