Role - Service Administrator Vacancy
Location: Bournemouth Area
Salary: 21k basic
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm, No Weekends!

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Administrator for our clients site in the Bournemouth area.

Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Administrator with a good working knowledge of After sales and the processes associated.



Role & Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Service Advisors, Service Managers and the Workshop.

You will be tasked with the invoicing, administration within the service department.


- Preparing documentation relating to transactions, in an a methodical and accurate manner.
- Maintaining an efficient document storage system, which allows for prompt retrieval of information.
- Preparing accurate quotations for vehicle servicing and maintenance needs.
- Preparing invoices.
- Maintaining accurate payment records.



Requirements
- Must have experience within the Motor trade.
- Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Service Administrator though may consider a Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity.


- Must have strong administration skills and ability spin many plates.
- Previous experience as a Service Administrator though may consider a Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity.
