Conveyancing Assistant

We have been instructed on a great opportunity with an impressive and highly successful law firm with a substantial presence throughout Yorkshire.

Due to their ongoing success, sought is an enthusiastic Conveyancing Assistant to join their expanding Residential Property team in their Chapel Allerton office.

We warmly welcome applications from ambitious and focused candidates with at least 12 months experience in conveyancing sales and purchase matters, who is keen to join a friendly and collegiate firm.


As a client focused and professional Conveyancing Assistant you will join the thriving property team and be ready to transfer your technical skillset in conveyancing sales and purchase matters.

You will provide pivotal administrative support to Conveyancers enabling them to smoothly manage their high-volume caseloads.

You will proactively undertake a great variety of key tasks relative to the conveyancing process.

With regards to the Case Management system, duties include, opening new files, inputting new instructions, updating wherever necessary and producing relevant letters and documents.


Working closely with colleagues in a cohesive team environment and with plenty of client contact, it's imperative that your interpersonal skills are outstanding and that you maintain a pragmatic and professional approach at all times.
