Showroom Sales Executive


Our successful and well established Client is looking for an outgoing customer centric Showroom Sales Executive to join the team on a full time permanent basis.


Here you will be advising visitors regarding the company's products in person or over the phone.


Your key responsibilities will be :



  • Undertake retail and customer service activities within the companies shop to optimise and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Identifying and passing on sale leads

  • Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies

  • Assisting customers with sales, queries and after sales service

  • Conduct stock takes as requested

  • Re-stocking/replenishing items

  • Meeting sales goals, targets and objectives

  • Attend training sessions

  • Understand the range of company products

  • Administration of sales orders received

  • Administer any returns

  • Handle parts enquiries

  • Visit customers externally when required

  • Attend training, meetings and company events


Skills and attributes required:



  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Highly organised

  • High degree of computer literacy

  • Customer centric individual
