PR Account Director

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic organisation based in Tunbridge Wells that are looking for an Account Director with a wealth of PR exposure to join their organisation.

The role will require you to be involved in the strategic planning of accounts and to drive campaigns and develop brands, both in the UK and internationally.

This will be a client-facing role.

Duties will include:

, Deal with journalists on a daily basis
, Building external industry relationships
, Responsible for maintaining the high-quality PR provided to clients
, The role will be primarily B2B PR
, Manage an Account team and take responsibility for overseeing accounts, developing strategy alongside the senior team, while ensuring that programmes and objectives are met
, Flexibility, determination, and a positive attitude are paramount to the role
, Regular travel to client meetings and events in London will be required, which will occasionally be outside of working hours

Key skills and experiences required:

, Proven experience in running PR campaigns and projects, or will have a strong experience gained in an editorial role
, Must have impeccable communication and written skills
, High attention to detail
, Experience of handling 360-degree PR campaigns
, Generating stand out and national media coverage, securing awareness for clients in the form of thought-leadership speaker opportunities, award submissions and brand collaborations,
, Measure and evaluate campaigns
, Maintaining the high-quality PR services provided to clients
, B2B PR is highly desirable
, Previous team management background
, Flexibility, determination, and a positive attitude are paramount to the role
, Regular travel to client meetings and events in London will be required, which will occasionally be outside of working hours
