Conveyancing Paralegal

Are you a conveyancing paralegal looking to take on a new adventure in a strong regional Law Firm in the West Yorkshire? Joining an incredibly successful New Build team in Leeds, you will be handling a wide range of new build property matters whilst having a high level of client contact.

This opportunity is based in the heart of Leeds and candidates with a passion for securing a long term career (such as a training contract) with the firm and possess some previous experience working within another new build, plot sales or residential conveyancing department are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

, You will be required to provide legal and admin support to the head of the department, and other fee earners within the team widely, with volume new build conveyancing matters

, The team deals with a wide range of new build work and act for a number of major developers across the country

, The head of department set the team up from scratch and now boasts a strong team who are friendly and approachable

, You will be working in a very supportive environment where your talent will be nurtured and where career progression is important

The Candidate:

, This is an incredibly successful department therefore they are looking for someone from a sale and purchase conveyancing background to add to the overall success of the team

, New build experience at this level is not an essential requirement as full training will be delivered

, You should be able to work comfortably within a busy and lively team and be able to handle demanding clients within a fast-paced working environment with ease

, Due to the firm's client focused approach, excellent communication skills are a necessity, as well as the ability to network with clients from a variety of backgrounds

, As you will be required to assist the head of department it is essential you remain highly organised and can prioritise tasks efficiently
