Direct Payments Assistant

I am currently recruiting for a direct payments assistant to work in Lambeth.

This role is initially for 2 months, applying should also have an enhanced DBS dated within the last 3 years.

Main purpose of post:

To assist in delivering a personalised service to clients receiving Social Care via direct payment; working as part of a team offering a customer focused telephone enquiry and information service.

To monitor direct payment cases, ensuring that funds are utilised to meet assessed

Main requirements are for the Payment Officer post are:

* Knowledge and experience of Oracle system and payments.

* Knowledge and experienced of Mosaic Finance systems

* Knowledge and experience of Excel

* Ability to Collaborate with Others

* Good verbal and written Communication skills
