Senior Contracts Manager

A housing association based in Sevenoaks are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager within Property Services to join their team.

This role is a permanent vacancy.

The main purpose of the role is deliver excellent resident services to achieve our client's repairs promise providing homes and estates that residents are proud to live in.

Manage the contracts in the Property department through the contract management framework with the responsibility for the application of excellent governance across all contracts


To ensure contracts and works are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner to agreed quality standards, value for money, statutory and regulatory legislation, health & safety compliance, ensuring high levels of customer and client satisfaction.


Effectively manage and supervise staff to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.


Delivery efficient and effective customer focused services for; Windows, Compliance areas, servicing, Grounds maintenance and other contracts as required


Successful applicants must have a thorough understanding of fire safety and current legislation.



The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Previous experience of contract management, experience within property services/social housing.
