AWA digital is an established experimentation and CRO agency, with long-term partnerships with blue-chip clients like Canon Europe, Interflora and Russell and Bromley, as well as high potential, ambitious e-commerce businesses.

Their growth to date has been largely fuelled by word of mouth and referrals.

For their exciting next stage, they need the help of an experienced BDM, with experience of helping to grow agencies and/or consultancies.

This is a great opportunity for you to be recognised and rewarded for your sales expertise - and create excitement in the minds of their prospects.

Ideally, you’ll also have some marketing skills and experience.

Progression opportunities include becoming Director of Sales, with a seat at the Board of this successful company and share options.

Main Duties: 

  • Generating sales meetings with qualified prospects for their CEO via outbound prospecting - email sequences, LinkedIn, content and event follow-up
  • Nurturing those prospects between sales meeting and contract signing


  • Conversion rate from outbound contact to first sales meeting
  • Number of qualified prospects contacted
  • Show-up rate to first sales meeting
  • Conversion rate to new client acquisition

Core Skills and Experience:

  • +3 years’ experience and impressive track record of B2B lead generation and marketing for agencies/consultancies
  • Writing lead generation and email sequences that generate meetings
  • Experience of growing revenues through marketing and sales support
  • Highly numerate with good levels of written and verbal communication

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Organizing virtual events and webinars, liaising with speakers and promoting events via social media
  • Management of SEO agency and overseeing content quality
  • Updating website with new content and sending out email newsletters

  • A natural relationship builder with an abundance of people skills
  • Motivated and excited to exceed targets
  • Confident, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Great phone skills and mannerisms
  • Organised with high levels of attention to detail
  • Creative thinker, curious and quick to learn
