German Customer Service Administrator

Location: Poole
Salary: £23,000
Working Hours: 37.5 hours

This is a customer-focused role where you will be supporting distributors and end-users, as well as supporting internal departments and senior management using both German and English language skills.

Key Duties:

  • Carry out administrative tasks relating to customer service support

  • To ensure incoming orders are entered correctly onto internal CRM system

  • To action any follow ups in relation to customer orders

  • Answer product related enquiries via both telephone and email

  • Prepare and check any required export paperwork

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are processes correctly and in a timely manner

  • Pass on any new business enquiries/leads to the sales team

  • Liaise with Quality department regarding any returned goods

  • Raising invoices for shipped goods and credit notes for returned items

  • Deal with any technical enquiries and either action or pass onto relevant department

Key Skills:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A logical mind and good problem-solving skills

  • High levels of concentration and attention to detail

  • Adaptable to change

  • Computer literate
