Telemarketing Executive

As the Telemarketing Executive you will be part of a successful team where you will be focussing on booking appointments for the business development team.

This role is offered on a full time permanent basis.

Purpose of the role:

Working closely with the business development managers you will need to be a creative thinking, a team player with great commercial initiative to enable you to research, qualify and confirm meetings with key decision makers.

As the Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Make regular contact with warm and hot responses to our demand generation campaigns

  • Booking appointments for our external sales teams

  • Use lead forensics to follow up on customer interest

  • Liaising with field sales teams on a daily basis

  • Communicate promotional initiatives to market

  • Coordinating campaigns

  • Providing support to the sales teams and sales managers

  • Qualify and confirm meetings with key decision makers

  • Execute phone conversations with prospects then nurture and convert to appointments

  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships

  • Disciplined use of CRM system

  • Organising sales teams' diaries

  • Actively research, qualify and confirm meetings with key decision makers

  • Sometimes visiting customers with the sales team is required

Skills / Experience required:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Experience in telesales ideally within a call centre environment

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Willing to go the extra mile for internal and external customers

  • Good computer and administration skills

  • Proficient in the use of MS office

  • Experience in working to and exceeding targets

  • Good attitude and open to learning is key in this role

  • Self-starter - results orientated
