Sales Administrator

Our client is a small fashion Importer and wholesalers in Manchester and they are looking for a Sales Administrator to assist the sales team.

Their business has huge potential to grow in the industry.

They are developing their own brand as well.

As a small team, they are more flexible with the job and the time. 

Key Responsibilities:

It includes (not exhaustive):


  • Upload all the sales order and purchase order on their encore system
  • Update the system regarding the shipping information once the order has been shipped
  • Provide the packing list from the system for the customer with their delivery
  • Sending the invoice out once delivered
  • Providing the correct information from the system for each customer
  • And many more

Key Skills & Experience:


  • You must be familiar with the office software, however they will provide training to use their Encore system
  • You need to be well organized
  • You need to be very accurate as the role involves a lots of the data entering work 

About the Company

Our client is a fashion importer and wholesaler based in Manchester Cheetamhill area.

They are working with main wholesalers in the industry, their main products are woman clothing, hats, scarves and gloves.
